IRAS congratulates

Russian pianist Anastassia Ivanova has performed throughout Russia as well as in Yugoslavia, Germany, Switzerland, UK, Macedonia, Japan, Costa Rica, Mexico and USA.

She appeared in such prestigious venues and concert halls as the Grand Hall of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory, Alti Concert Hall in Kyoto, Japan, Kolara? Concert Hall in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, Teatro Nacional in San Jose, Costa Rica, the Kosciuszko Foundation in New York City, the Organization of American States and the US Department of State in Washington DC, Pushkin State Museum of Art in Moscow, Russia and Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center in College Park, Maryland.

Ms Ivanova is a winner of many international prizes and scholarships worldwide, most recently she won the Homer Ulrich Award in Solo Performance at the University of Maryland - College park and was awarded graduate Fellowship award from the same school.

She just received her Doctor Of Musical Arts degree in Piano Performance from the University of Maryland, College Park and holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Piano Performance (Summa cum laude) from the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory. She also completed a semester of post-graduate studies at the Trinity College of Music, London, UK. Ms. Ivanova is on piano faculty at the Washington Conservatory of Music.
