On March 1,2011 the Israeli art festival of the veterans commenced in Rehovot



March 1 in the crowded veterans club hall in Rehovot a big concert opens the Arts Festival "the veterans souls do not grow old", conducted by the " Veterans Union of the Second World War - the fighters against the Nazis ", and the Russian Cultural Center (Tel Aviv).

The first evening concert, "With love to a woman on the eve of International Women's Day was dedicated to the beautiful half of humanity.

Opening the evening, the chairman of the Veterans Union Abraham Grinzayd welcomed the participants to the concert and congratulated the women on the upcoming holiday.

The Head of Rossotrudnichestvo Representation in Israel and jury chairman Alexander Kryukov, spoke about the upcoming events of the Festival, which will be held in different cities of Israel during the year.

This evening amateur artists and groups from Petah Tikva, Bnei Aisha, Rishon Lezion, Ramle, Nes Ziona, Gederathite, Ganey-Aviv, Ashdod and Rehovot performed on the stage, with music, song and dance numbers, declamation and humorous miniatures.

The Festival also presents exhibitions of folk crafts masters and an extensive collection of Soviet icons dedicated to military and historical dates.

Especially for the evening the Russian Cultural Center in Tel Aviv opened a photo exhibition "Women's world", reflecting the leading role of women in the modern world. Pictures of famous women in Israel from the collection of the RCC "Faces of Friends" attracted the attention of those present.

All speakers at the party received honorary degrees from the participants of the Festival.
The next concert will take place in Afula.

Начался Всеизраильский фестиваль творчества ветеранов войны

 

1 марта в переполненном зале клуба ветеранов Реховота большим концертом открылся Фестиваль искусств «Не стареют душой ветераны», проводимый Союзом ветеранов Второй мировой войны – борцов против нацизма и Российским культурным центром (Тель-Авив). Первый вечер-концерт «С любовью к женщине» в преддверии Международного женского дня был посвящён прекрасной половине человечества.

Открывая вечер, председатель Союза ветеранов Абрам Гринзайд приветствовал участников концерта и поздравил женщин с приближающимся праздником. Руководитель представительства Россотрудничества и председатель жюри Александр Крюков рассказал о предстоящих мероприятиях Фестиваля, которые пройдут в разных городах Израиля в течение года.

В этот вечер на сцену поднялись самодеятельные исполнители и коллективы из Петах-Тиквы, Бней-Айша, Ришон ле-Циона, Рамле, Нес-Ционы, Гедеры, Ганей-Авива, Ашдода и Реховота, которые выступили с музыкальными, песенными и танцевальными номерами, художественным чтением и юмористическими миниатюрами. В рамках Фестиваля были также представлены выставки поделок народных мастеров и обширная коллекция советских значков, посвящённая военно-историческим датам.

Специально для вечера Российский культурный центр в Тель-Авиве развернул выставку фотографий «Мир женщин», отображающих ведущую роль женщины в современном мире. Внимание присутствовавших привлекли фотографии известных в Израиле женщин из коллекции РКЦ «Лица друзей».

Все выступившие на вечере получили почётные дипломы участников Фестиваля. Следующий концерт состоится в Афуле.
