Haifa, January 5 Consul General of Russia in Haifa, Igor Popov congratulated the leaders and activists at the Union offices in northern Israel, wished them good health, strength, and new successes. The Assistant Head of FA Rossotrudnichestvo in Israel, Denis Parkhomchuk warmly welcomed the veterans and outlined the plans of the Russian cultural center in Tel Aviv in historical military aspect throughout the year.
